These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Eden mobile app ("Eden"). By downloading or using Eden, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Eden on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
Eden's prayers, verses' surrounding text, and replies are generated using artificial intelligence. While we aim for warmth and accuracy, AI output may contain mistakes. You are responsible for how you use the content.
Eden is a devotional tool. It is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, therapy, or pastoral care. Nothing in the app constitutes medical, mental-health, or professional advice. If you are struggling with your mental health, please consult a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services immediately.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, abuse the prayer service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Eden is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eden and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
